We currently ship Smart Look fingerprint locks to the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value.
Most orders are processed by our fulfillment partner within 1–3 business days after payment, and processing may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Factory availability or transport delays can extend processing.
Our fulfillment partner currently reports average transit times of approximately 8 days to the United States and 9 days to Canada after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and do not include processing time. Orders may ship internationally; customs inspections, holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery.
Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch. Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to correct an address, or your order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact help@yourfingeristhekey.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
Orders delivered to Canada may be subject to import duties, import taxes, and carrier customs-clearance or handling fees. These charges are not included in the product price or free shipping and are the customer’s responsibility if assessed. Customs authorities and carriers determine the amounts and may require payment before or at delivery. Any taxes collected at checkout do not mean these separate import charges have been prepaid.
